TERMS & CONDITIONS
GLAZING:
Please note that we fire to cone 9 (1280*C) oxidization. Glazing is a chemical process, results can be anticipated, it is not a tried & true process. We do not offer refunds for glazes not turning out as you anticipate, as results can vary based from shelf to shelf & kiln to kiln (ex. our front loader has a few shelves that produce more reduction style results). If you would like to do a test of your glaze, we offer a test tile service for $5. If an error in the firing occurs, you will be contacted by one of our team for a refund.

DAMAGES: In order to use your own glaze, we must ensure the recipe is safe to fire to cone 9 (1280*C) and be kiln approved by the TMM team. To submit your glaze for approval, you must bring your mixed glaze in for a test in our kilns (test tile & cookie are provided). The cost to do this is $5/test. Once approved, you may bring work in with that glaze to be fired in our kilns. PLEASE NOTE, if your self glazed piece runs onto our kiln shelf, we charge a kiln shelf repair fee of a minimum of $15 (or the cost of a new shelf in severe cases).

CRACKS & BREAKS: In the unfortunate case were your pottery breaks or cracks in the kiln, Two Muddy Men do not offer refunds, as this is the nature of the firing process- pottery is a beautiful yet delicate process. While we take the utmost care to ensure all works are delivered in the best conditions, in the case were any ceramics breaks due to mishandling, you will be contacted by one of our team for a refund.
