CASUAL POTTERY CLASSES
$65 per person
Put down that remote & try something new! These casual pottery classes run every Thursday evening and are a great way to sample the pottery wheel or hand building – choose which style you want to learn! All Clay and instruction is included.

The Pottery Wheel Lesson – We will go over all the basics to creating a vessel on the pottery wheel! Learn how to center, how to open a vessel (plates, bowls & cups) and how to pull up walls. There will also be a quick & easy ~10 minute cleanup at the end of your session.
The Hand Building Lesson – Break free of the spinning orbit of the pottery wheel and relax with some Hand Building! You will learn several beginners techniques (sculpting, pinch, coil, sgraffito & slip trailing). There will also be a quick & easy ~10 minute cleanup at the end of your session.
BYO Snacks & Bevys – Pottery can make you famished, so bring a snack and a bevy along. Please keep in mind that if decide to bring an adult bevy, the more you consume, the more likely you will end up with just a BIG, fat, gooey pile of mud. Those who become unteachable/disruptive/antisocial, they will be forced to leave.
Finishing Service is Not Included – Want us to turn your muddy creations into a functional piece of art that is food, dishwasher & microwave safe? This finishing service – $25 per piece – is explained more here.
